Members of the Association of the Pauline Cooperators (APC) together with the other members of the Pauline Family such as SSP, FSP, PDDM, and SJBP flocked together at the Daughters of Saint Paul’s Provincial House last June 30, 2017 to celebrate with them the 100th Year of the Foundation of the Pauline Cooperators founded by Blessed James Alberione in the year 1917.

The celebration started with the Eucharistic Celebration in honour of St. Paul the Apostle presided by Rev. Fr. Jose Aripio, SSP, the Provincial Superior of the Society of Saint Paul Philippine-Macau province. In the homily, he highlighted the theme of the centenary anniversary: “Wake up the world with the light of the Gospel” in relation to the significance of the zealousness of St. Paul in his own ministry.

After the Mass, a sumptuous merienda was prepared by the APC of Pasay together with the help of the Daughters of Saint Paul in accommodating our family members. APC had presented their “Pearly Shell” dance complete with Hawaiian Costumes. The presentation really entertained the gathered members of the Pauline Family.

Each person had the opportunity to meet new faces as part of the activity of introducing oneself in a playful manner. At the end, everyone was happy and all are expecting a handful number of events as part of the centennial program and in view of the entire Pauline Family.
