ST PAULS Superstore, Makati City—To respond to the spiritual needs of the victims of the recent earthquake and typhoon, the Society of St Paul launched a project entitled “OPERATION Blessing Lives.”Its main objective is to provide mass kit to those  parishes and chapels destroyed by Typhoon Yolanda in the Visayas and Bohol earthquake even as ST PAULS also hopes to provide financial assistance to the family of Pauline lay collaborators who are in the Visayas.

The first  batch of mass kits (see photos)was received by the Sisters of Mary Consolatrix of the Eucharist on November 27, 2013 from SSP Provincial Superior Fr. Jose Aripio, SSP and Fr. John Klen Malificiar, SSP, general manager of the ST PAULS Superstore. The sisters were sent by Bishop Abarquez of the Diocese of Calbayog, Western Samar. These mass kits would be given to the St Anthony of Padua-Mission Center Basey; St. Michael the Archangel Parish- Basey, and St. James the Apostle Parish in Marabot, Osmeña, Samar.

The target is to help 100 mass kits to be delivered, hopefully, before Simbang Gabi.
